Should you have an idea that is not listed above, please discuss with the Wedding Planner, who will be happy to try and accommodate any request. 

 We endeavour to match your requirements perfectly, within your budget, but will offer alternatives for your consideration. 

 

Any cancellation fees would be payable within the terms set out by each service provider. This information would be provided before booking arrangements are confirmed and deposits paid. This allows you to consider all options before making payments, but hesitation may cause you to lose availability of some first choice services.  

 

 Payment/Budget Plans


Once you decide to instruct Unity Events Ltd to make arrangements for your special day, a deposit will be required so that preparations can begin to be made as soon as possible.

 

This payment will be discussed with your wedding planner at your initial consultation, but is usually approximately £150-£250.

 

All prices

will be shown to you before booking and a choice of service providers will be available for you to select from.

 

This may allow you to make savings in some areas so that more can be spent on others things, yet still keeping you within your allocated budget.

 

Further payments will be required at regular intervals and a plan will be set out for you to follow. Interim payments can be made to help offset the balance, and a Payment Card will be issued to help you keep track of your event finances.

 

The balance of payments is usually due between 4-8 weeks before the event, depending upon the requirements of the chosen providers.

PLEASE NOTE

There is a transaction fee for all card payments made through Paypal. Funds must be cleared from cheque payments before confirmation of bookings.
